How do I book an apartment?
Choose your apartment, pick your dates on the booking calendar, and send a request. We’ll confirm availability and then send a secure payment link via Paystack. You’re not charged until your booking is confirmed.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 noon. If you’re arriving on an early or late flight, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to arrange flexible timing.
Is there a minimum stay?
Most apartments have a 2-night minimum. For longer stays we offer weekly and monthly rates — just ask, or use the corporate enquiry form for extended arrangements.
What’s included in the apartment?
All apartments are fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, smart TV, backup power, and 24/7 estate security. Housekeeping is available on request.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are shared at the time of booking and depend on the length and type of stay. See our booking terms for details.
For the most part, upgrades are high-profit items for builders. They aren’t designed to enhance the value of the house, but make you happier with the house you do buy.
If you are looking at your home as an investment, then you buy from the smaller to medium size in the tract and spend only a minimal amount on upgrades. If you are looking at your purchase as a home, then you select upgrades that will enhance your quality of living.
One rule of thumb is to always upgrade the carpet and padding.
